Why I Read

University life has its illusions; early adulthood has its own. The former fosters a complacent inertia, a beguiling sense of timelessness; the latter dictates that the sorting out of the self is the most important task in the world. Often, the two coincide and then you feel you have all the time in the world to sort out your self.
